You have the fun of high energy, fat burning cardio with Boxing, then improve your balance, strengthen your core and work on flattening your abdomen with Pilates. A great way to reduce stress, burn calories, improve your co-ordination, tone your arms and torso and is a great all over body workout. Piloxercise is suited to any level of fitness or experience and as the classes are so small, there's lots of one on one instruction given.
