Participants are guided through an immersive calming slow Forest Therapy walk to help engage their senses in nature. This walk will fill you with awe and wonder as we visit and connect with unique natural spaces in Ku-ring-gai Wildflower Garden. Experience the soothing benefits and escape to the natural sounds and beauty of this magnificent location.

Forest Therapy is research based therapeutic approach that supports wellness and mental health and supports people challenged by busy lives and disruptions. Participants will be given a guidebook to monitor and journal their learnings from the walk.

Set on 154 hectares of urban Sydney Sandstone bushland at St Ives and adjacent to Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park, Ku-ring-gai Wildflower Garden boasts some of Sydney's best Wildflower trails, Duffys Forrest and Coastal Upland Swamp as well as 18 threatened species of Australian Flora and Fauna and 2 endangered ecological communities providing learning experiences in the natural environment
